There's a great brewery I live near called “Tenaya Creek”. They brew their own beer on site and then also buy other beer from microbreweries around the country. My favorite thing about this brewery is that they don't even bother to serve terrible American beers like Budweiser and Coors. They specialize in beer made by beer lovers for beer lovers. Tonight I drank a Belgium style beer that they only brew in the summers, it's brewed from wheat and although some people put a slice of orange in it, I prefer it without any fruit. Another great thing about that bar is how they employ bartenders who are also beer lovers and who are knowledgeable about beer.
