Dichiarazioni negative

Le frasi negative in punjabi si formano aggiungendo ਨਹੀਂ (nahi) prima del verbo.

Esempi:

• Non mangio cibo → ਮੈਂ ਖਾਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਖਾਂਦਾ (Main khana nahi khanda).
• Lei non va a scuola → ਉਹ ਸਕੂਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਦੀ (Oh school nahi jandi).
