Vera's Diary for Beginners, VD # 023, Paris, the fourth day

VD # 023, Paris, the fourth day On the last day in Paris we visited a flea market. The flea market was on the other end of town.

It took us an hour to get there by subway.

There were several markets.

The markets are all together.

In one of the markets they sold mainly clothes and souvenirs.

In another market, there were old pieces of furniture.

You could buy paintings, jewelry and lots of odds and ends.

It was fun to look at the stands.

After two hours we had to go back to the hotel.

We brought our trunks.

We took the tram to the train station.

We took the train to the airport.

At the airport we had to wait.

I listened to an audiobook on my MP3 player.

On the plane I read.

It was an exciting book.

At six o'clock we landed in Frankfurt. My daughter, my sister and my mother picked us up.

It was a great trip and we experienced a lot.
