We have to eat a healthy diet every day, because it is good for us and makes us even stronger. So, we should eat many fruits and vegetables and not so much meat. Our bodies don't need much meat, because otherwise, our blood pressure would be very high. That is not very good. So, just a little is enough. We should take the time to make fruit juices and smoothies, too. Any fruit juice or smoothie is good to drink and healthy. We could also make a vegetable salad. That is delicious too. How nice for our bodies! Let us make a healthy diet for ourselves every day!
